This is a week of meeting with God, making new friends and enjoying a bit of a holiday. It is open to anyone. There are activities for all ages.

About Blaithwaite

Blaithwaite Christian Centre is situated in Cumbria, near the Southern shores of the Solway Firth. Set in 200 Acres of its own grounds, reached by a long private drive, it is secure for all members of the family and provides an ideal environment for God's people to be in his presence and enjoy fellowship with one another.

The facilities are numerous, having a mix of self-catering or camping/caravanning. There are family rooms in the main house, while the stables is for those wishing a more quiet time (no children!). Self-catering dormitories in Elrigg are for the more youthful among us (11 - 25). Those camping or caravanning have toilets near their sites and there are showers, hot water and washing-up facilities in the courtyard.

Wigton (2 miles) provides your nearest shopping centre. Carlisle, with its cathedral and castle, is about 20 minutes drive northeast, whereas to the west are Cockermouth (20 mins), Maryport (25 mins) and Keswick (30 mins).
